  • The traditional 1:1, in-person scribe models allow the physician to see 2-3 patients an hour with their scribe, can be intrusive and uncomfortable for patients, and often there is high turnover in these roles with training adding another “task” to the busy provider’s already full plate. With the ACE™ virtual at-the-elbow solution, Elevate owns the training component, the ACE™ solution extends the hours available outside of the provider’s clinic hours to complete thorough chart prep for upcoming scheduled encounters, updating problems lists, maintenance of any templates/smart phrases, and continuous documentation improvement efforts.

  • For most customers we estimate 2-4 weeks primarily because ACE™ is not another piece of technology. The implementation cycle is shortened and once EMR access is granted, the ACE™ service can begin rather quickly.

  • Our pricing is customized for each customer contingent on their needs and can be an hourly rate for services or a flat fee. Some contributing factors to pricing are number of physicians onboarding to the service, clinical schedule, and elements of the ACE™ utilized.

  • We have determined the best “fit” for the ACE™ service is a busy clinic with providers struggling to complete EMR documentation. The value proposition is best realized in helping to solve the EMR documentation problems, increasing the volume of patients seen, reducing denials due to documentation issues, decreasing days-to-final billing, and improving coding accuracy.
